It’s really quite simple. Water, alcohol, and a dash of flavor. That’s it. That’s the seltzer. 

 

No secret recipe. No inherited wisdom. Just three ingredients and some bubbles. Sure, you could scoff at its simplicity, but take a look around. Life’s complicated enough. Wouldn’t it be nice to strip things down? If only for a moment.
